The history
The Swiss (originally Russian) outfit was established in 2018 by Rubén Contreras, CEO of Cogeas Consulting, a brokerage and finance business that is a foundational financial supporter of the cycling team. It entered the WorldTour peloton in 2022 through a partnership with Premier Tech, the Canadian firm also co-sponsoring the Israel–Premier Tech men's team. Despite Premier Tech's withdrawal at the end of last season, the squad continues to compete at the WorldTour level, albeit on a reduced budget.
